We offer classes for most age groups and fitness levels.
There is CrossFit Kids for young athletes (ages 5-18), and our effective CrossFit and Personal Training sessions for adults.
In order to expedite WOD and visitor prep, please show up 10-15 minutes early for class.

WODs (Workout Of the Day) are based on functional movements that help you perform at your best during your daily activities. All levels of athleticism are welcome as workouts are tailored to each individual athlete's ability.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday
3pm - 4pm
Unsupervised environment where attendees are expected to have a solid grasp of training goals while seeking to refine specific skills or perform additional workouts.
Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday & Friday
Individual or small group sessions for athletes who want to be trained by an experienced coach in order to improve overall or specific athletic abilities.

Healthy living requires that our children push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump effectively and safely regardless of athletic ability. The CrossFit Kids program is based on the principle of "mechanics, consistency, then, and only then, intensity." We strive to teach good movement that will carry on into adulthood.
